Indoor gym in Lindbergh Elementary School 401 Glen Ave. Palisades Park, NJ 07650
Please arrive 5 minutes early before the class begins.
What we do
1 & 2 Week: Basic Step Training, Ball Control Training, Dribbling Drill, Moments of the Game (Offense, Defense, Transition, Positioning)
3 & 4 Week: Basic Step Training, Ball Control Training, Passing Training, Moments of the Game (Offense, Defense, Transition, Positioning)
5 & 6 Week : Step & Balancing Training, Dribbling & Shooting Drill, Technical Training, Moments of the Game (Offense, Defense, Transition, Positioning)
7 & 8 Week : Step & Balancing Training, Passing & Shooting Drill, Moments of the Game (Offense, Defense, Transition, Positioning)
What to Bring
MUST bring own Soccer shoes and water.
Optional: towel for sweating.
